At Good to Go With Patti Beth Group Travel Company, we specialize in arranging and escorting trips all over the world. There is no fee for joining our travel group and you only pay for the trips and related expenses for those adventures you choose to take with us.
From 1-day, 2-3 day, a week and longer, you can read the flyers and choose the trips that appeal to your sense of adventure. After choosing, feel free to call us, email us, or text us which trip(s) you wish to join. We plan most trips 6 months to a year in advance, and we are forced to sell within the costs associated at that time. Be aware that sometimes airlines and bus companies will assess a fuel surcharge, and, in that case, the cost will be split evenly among all the people in our group. We buy airline tickets in bulk for our trips to keep costs down, so most times the airlines will not allow us to use your frequent flyer mileage, but please feel free to ask us.
Most trips will have a minimum deposit, depending on the requirements from our many travel professional partners. These deposits are due on the day you call, email, or sign up in person and will show the “Final Due” date on the flyer and/or receipt. Your deposit is fully refundable in all but the most extreme cases. Some items such as plane fare, theater/sports tickets, etc. are some of the cases where refunds are beyond our control. Several trips have a cancellation date after which refunds, partial or full, are no longer available. This is due to payments we make to hotels, airlines, attractions, etc. and our ability to retrieve the money from them.
We accept personal/company checks, money orders and most major credit cards. Sometimes we must add a 3.5% surcharge and other times our travel partners absorb this cost. It will be shown on the flyer or by calling us at Good to Go With Patti Beth. Travel insurance is available but not required (though highly recommended). We use our travel partner Grand Escapes Travel in downtown Grove, Oklahoma for this service. Call them at 918-786-5222 and ask for Carolyn.
Our trips depart from the Grove Senior Center parking lot at the corner of N. Cherokee and O’Daniel Parkway in Grove, Oklahoma (next to the fire department) and from their we’ll ride our motorcoach to our various destinations including Mystery Trips, Branson Extravaganzas, The Ark, and to the airport for cruises and international adventures.
